Your role At Saab Surveillance, you will develop advanced microwave hardware for Saab’s world-leading radar antennas. Join a team where your ideas, technical skills and curiosity help create solutions that protect people and societies. You will work across the product lifecycle—from exploring new concepts to designing, testing and refining microwave hardware. Alongside experienced colleagues in PCB design, mechanics and materials, you will turn demanding requirements into high-performance products. Your responsibilities will include: Exploring future concepts, architectures and technical solutions. Translating system requirements into microwave hardware specifications. Designing microwave circuits and subsystems. Measuring, verifying and optimising performance. Supporting production and integration, including troubleshooting and design updates to keep existing products performing and available. You will have opportunities to deepen your microwave expertise, broaden your engineering skills and influence the next generation of radar technology. Your profile You have experience in RF and microwave design, together with a master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional expertise. You enjoy combining design and analysis with hands-on measurements and problem-solving.
