We are looking for an Intern to join our M&A team supporting environmental, health & safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) due diligence projects. Key tasks: Assist in the execution of environmental and health and safety due diligence assessments Support the preparation of commercial proposals for M&A due diligence projects Contribute to analyses related to EU Taxonomy alignment and ESG criteria Support data collection, document review, and preparation of technical reports and deliverables Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices Requirements: Academic background in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering (or related fields), Health & Safety, Law.
