We’re looking for: More than 5 years of experience in program management, stakeholder management, and project delivery, with exposure to FinTech, IT, technology, or operations. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Business, Management, or a related field. Experience with ISO 9001 auditing or similar regulatory audits, with a strong understanding of compliance standards. Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification (preferred), with demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives. Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Expertise in business and data analysis, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams and drive results. Experience in change management, facilitating workshops, and leading strategic discussions.
