You will be responsible for the following: Designing cohesive strategies and programs that integrate principles of inclusion, security, and financial maturity Incubating new experiences and features to test concepts and validate ideas before scaling Ensuring delightful customer experiences across touchpoints through strong product thinking and execution Driving governance and reinforcement of policies and execution across products and features Performing regular analysis, insight generation, and reporting for relevant stakeholders Partnering with cross-functional teams to align customer profile initiatives with business direction and governance requirements Helping shape innovative features and experiences by understanding the business, customer, and regulatory landscape Influencing stakeholders across customer experience, lifecycle management, product, and governance teams to move initiatives forward.
