HR Systems & Compliance: Maintain employee records, generate standard HR analytics reports, and ensure data integrity and compliance across internal HR systems. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines. Experience: 4–6 years of HR experience, with demonstrated success managing recruitment projects, university relations, or employer branding alongside generalist HR exposure. Systems & Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience utilizing HRIS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, and digital channels for talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
