We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Nurse Manager The Nurse Manager is a clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing operations and supervising clinical care team staff in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. Working collaboratively with the Clinic Manager and Medical Director, this role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of clinical quality and productivity goals. Key Responsibilities: · Lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff, medical assistants, and ancillary care team members · Ensure compliance with clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards · Support provider productivity (18–21 patients per provider per day) · Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, patient flow, and care coordination · Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and lead quality improvement efforts · Manage patient concerns and promote exceptional customer service using the AIDET model Qualifications: · Active RN license in Washington State (LPNs considered with equivalent experience) · Ambulatory care and supervisory experience strongly preferred · Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred · Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills · BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire) Fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
