Responsibilities: Managing IT infrastructure operations including networks, servers, cloud services, and data centers. Ensure system reliability, support business continuity, and lead improvement initiatives in line with company objectives. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Assist in managing daily operations of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and data centers. • Support implementation and monitoring of IT security, backup, and disaster recovery systems. • Help manage infrastructure projects, including planning, deployment, and documentation. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery. • Monitor system performance and provide technical support to resolve issues. • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and external standards. • Assist in budgeting and cost control for infrastructure-related expenses To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
