Responsibilities: Install, configure, modify, and repair products, equipment and systems that have been purchased by the organization’s customers and identify and correct problems associated with start-up. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Provide technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment, and systems. • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during start-up. • Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business. • Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs. • Monitor and resolve recurring problems. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
