Serve as a subject matter expert for University research data contained in multiple databases, working directly with database administrators to construct scripts, tables, database views, and schemas for research data needs. Monitor incoming report requests and assist with prioritizing and communicating request status to stakeholders, so that reporting work is transparent and directed to the highest-value needs. Document technical solutions and reporting tool procedures for non-technical stakeholders, and train faculty and staff on new and current reporting products. Interact with administrative, academic, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and identify strategic improvements to reporting products. Conditions of Employment: Pre-employment criminal background check required for all new hires. Occasional travel to conferences, seminars, and professional association meetings.
