What You'll Do
As an Operations Associate, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service across different areas of the store.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and product availability.
- Assist customers at self-checkout and help resolve basic payment or operational issues.
- Support Click & Collect, customer collections, and queue management.
- Process customer returns according to company procedures.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised shopping environment.
- Support IKEA Food operations with customer service and stock replenishment when required.
- Follow operational procedures, safety standards, and company requirements.
- Work across different operational areas based on business needs and priorities.
