Everyday life as an intern in DPM meets your creative skills and curious qualities, while there is great independence and freedom in solving tasks. You can influence your role as an intern, depending on your interests, skills, and ambitions. This means, among other things, that you can try your hand at different roles such as facilitator, project manager on smaller projects, and independent tasks. In DPM, we work with SHINGO’s Principles of Culture of Excellence, and this is a fantastic opportunity to help build a LEAN organization from scratch if your interests and skills match the task.
