Develops work order tasks and establishes the preventive maintenance schedule in collaboration with the Plant Operations Manager. Orders parts for maintenance technicians to ensure timely repairs and maintenance. Maintains proficiency in operating several alarm notification systems. Fully operates the building automation system. Manages record-keeping requirements for external inspections by Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Attends all required safety training programs and understands responsibilities related to general and job-specific safety. Follows the Hospital Exposure Control Plans for Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens. Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees. Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals. Attains all agreed-upon goals and objectives within specified time frames. Other duties as assigned.
