- have successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable field
- have professional experience in software development, AI consulting, AI transformation or engineering process optimization
- possess strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies, AI agents and modern AI-assisted development approaches
- have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot in professional environments
- are familiar with Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry and cloud-based AI solutions
- have experience designing and implementing AI agent frameworks and agent-based architectures
- understand Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and knowledge management concepts
- are proficient in Python and have working knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and SQL
- have experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Git and modern CI/CD toolchains
- communicate confidently in English; German language skills are considered a plus
