As the IT Project Manager, Technology Division, you will work cross-functionally to transform strategy and goals into realized projects that create net new value. You will deliver the successful completion of the highest quality project deliverables, on time and on budget. You will leverage your project management expertise to optimize and scale Aritzia’s technology initiatives and events, while supporting the organization’s corporate objectives in a dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape. THE ROLE As the IT Project Manager, Technology Division, you will: Spearhead the successful delivery and continuous improvement of technology projects that directly contribute to Aritzia’s strategic growth initiatives. Continually evolve and champion Aritzia’s project management and delivery methodologies for the highest project success. Partner with business stakeholders and other support partners to enable a collaborative approach to project delivery, fostering teamwork and driving successful outcomes THE QUALIFICATIONS The IT Project Manager, Technology Division has: Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Project Management A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $300,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
