The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background, cybersecurity expertise, and experience enabling partners to successfully position, technical sell, and deliver services. This role combines technical pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution development to drive partner-led growth. What will I be doing? As a Channel Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with partners, distributors, and internal field teams to build technical capability, build and accelerate opportunities, and increase partner self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include: Aligning technical services with customer business needs to drive partner-led revenue. Delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations. Building strong relationships with partner technical teams and acting as a trusted advisor. Enabling partners to develop repeatable solutions and service offerings around Darktrace technologies. Supporting partners on strategic opportunities through discovery, solution design, and technical guidance. Growing partner capability through coaching, mentoring, and technical enablement.
