Department Overview Marketing Planning Department is an organization that leads the planning of Rakuten Mobile's plans and product strategies and their implementation. We support Rakuten Mobile’s strategy planning by the PL analysis and the decision of the accounting operation in the Marketing Division. We operate rules and participate in the project about the Procurement/Payment. We also collaborate with the accounting department frequently.
