La risorsa, a riporto del Purchasing Manager, sarà responsabile della gestione strategica degli acquisti per le categorie assegnate, con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare costi, qualità e continuità delle forniture. Il ruolo avrà un focus prevalente su attività di sourcing strategico, negoziazione e sviluppo del panel fornitori. Non è prevista operatività sulla gestione ed emissione degli ordini di acquisto, demandata ad altra funzione. Responsabilità principali Definire e implementare strategie di sourcing per le famiglie merceologiche assegnate, in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali; Gestire in autonomia le trattative commerciali e contrattuali con i fornitori, negoziando condizioni economiche e di servizio competitive; Sviluppare e qualificare nuovi fornitori (scouting), valutandone capacità tecniche, produttive e finanziarie; Monitorare le performance dei fornitori (costo, qualità, servizio) e guidare iniziative di miglioramento; Collaborare con Ufficio Tecnico, Qualità e Supply Chain per supportare progetti di industrializzazione, dual sourcing e ottimizzazione costi; Analizzare i fabbisogni aziendali e individuare opportunità di saving e razionalizzazione del parco fornitori; Monitorare le dinamiche di mercato (materie prime, capacità produttiva, rischi geopolitici) anticipando impatti sulla supply base; Supportare la gestione del rischio fornitura, identificando e mitigando potenziali criticità; Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi di procurement e alla strutturazione di pratiche e policy di acquisto. Requisiti Laurea preferibilmente ad indirizzo tecnico o economico (o diploma tecnico con esperienza equivalente); Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruolo analogo in contesti industriali strutturati; Solida esperienza in negoziazione e gestione fornitori a livello internazionale; Buona conoscenza dei sistemi ERP e strumenti di analisi acquisti; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
