SEU - United Kingdom - Weybridge, United Kingdom

BI Specialist.

DATA & ML
Join our Business Intelligence team and help turn complex data into clear, useful information for teams across Europe. You will work with SQL databases, Power BI reporting and SAP data, making sure people can access reliable insights when they need them. This is a hands-on role where you will load and transform data, maintain tables and scheduled jobs, support users and improve the way reporting works. You will see the practical impact of your work as the business grows and its systems and processes take shape. You will join an open, supportive team with experienced specialists who are happy to share their knowledge. It is a strong next step for someone building their BI career who enjoys learning new tools, solving real business problems and working in a fast-moving environment. You will: Maintain and improve SQL databases, including tables, stored procedures, scheduled jobs and user access. Bring data into SQL from SAP Business Warehouse and other sources, then clean and transform it for reporting. Build and enhance Power BI reports, data views and other practical tools for business users. Investigate data, system and reporting issues, providing clear support and keeping users informed. Update data structures and reporting when teams, processes or business requirements change. Help automate manual work and improve the accuracy, reliability and usability of BI solutions. You will bring: Practical experience using SQL to query, organise and transform data; experience creating tables or stored procedures is welcome. Experience building reports or dashboards in Power BI, or a similar data visualisation tool. A logical approach to troubleshooting, with care for data quality and attention to detail. Clear communication skills and the confidence to support both technical and non-technical colleagues. Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn as priorities, systems and ways of working evolve. Exposure to SAP Business Warehouse, Python, Power Platform, Databricks, GitHub or Visual Basic would be useful, but is not essential.
