Who We Are We are at the start of a major transformation. AI is changing how small businesses start, get found and grow, and we are rebuilding our brands, storefronts and customer experience to lead that change. The leaders who join now will shape what comes next. Network Solutions Group brings together Network Solutions, the original domain registrar, and Domain.com. Millions of entrepreneurs and small businesses trust us with their domain names, websites, email and security. We are part of Newfold Digital, the web technology company behind Bluehost and HostGator, which gives us the scale, technology and reach to move fast. A new CMO is building a marketing leadership team with a clear mandate to grow. This role is one of the first seats on that team. About the Role Our storefronts are where millions of small businesses search for a name and buy. We are reimagining how customers find and buy from Network Solutions and Domain.com, from the first search, on a search engine or an AI tool, through checkout. The Head of Storefront and Discovery owns both: the buying experience from domain search to checkout, and how customers find our brands and products in search engines and AI answers. Reporting to the CMO and serving on the marketing leadership team, this leader sets the commercial strategy for merchandising, pricing and packaging tests, offers and promotions, personalization, conversion, SEO and AI-driven discovery (AEO and GEO). Leading a team of about 16 across Storefront and Discovery, this leader owns approximately $20 million in annual storefront revenue and the growth of revenue from unpaid search and AI referrals. Title and level will reflect the experience and scope the successful candidate brings. Key Responsibilities Digital Commerce and Profitable Growth Own the commercial performance of our storefronts and lead their evolution with Product and Engineering, from homepage and domain search through cart and checkout. Make buying simple and clear, with relevant search results, clear pricing, strong merchandising and promotions, and experiences personalized to each customer through our customer data platform (CDP), while balancing customer needs, brand positioning and profitability. Partner with Lifecycle and CRM on cross-sell on our sites, from in-cart offers to personalized recommendations. Discovery Lead how our brands and products show up in search engines and AI answers, an area where the playbook is still being written. Guide SEO, technical optimization, content, AEO/GEO, structured data and off-site signals such as reviews, expert recommendations and PR, to attract qualified demand and grow revenue from unpaid search and AI referrals. Experimentation and Monetization Raise test velocity and make experimentation how the team works. Lead pricing, packaging and offer tests with Finance and Analytics, partner with Engineering to remove what slows testing down, and scale what proves incremental revenue and customer value. Vision and Transformation Define the long-term vision for how customers find and buy from our brands, and advise the CMO and executive leadership on performance, investment priorities and trade-offs. Leadership and Cross-Functional Partnership Build and develop the team across Storefront and Discovery, and lead experimentation and agency partners. Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Media, Lifecycle and CRM, Marketing Operations and Brand to deliver shared growth goals. How Success Is Measured Revenue and profitability: storefront revenue, revenue from unpaid search and AI referrals, and profitable growth against plan Conversion and monetization: conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value and product attach rate Customer economics: new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) per customer and the lifetime value of customers acquired through the storefront Discovery: qualified traffic from unpaid search, search performance, AI referrals and brand presence in AI-generated answers Growth and execution: test velocity, incremental revenue from experimentation, delivery of strategic priorities and development of high-performing teams Qualifications 12+ years of experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, growth or SEO, including 5+ years leading senior managers or multi-functional teams. Proven ownership of significant digital revenue in a subscription, recurring-revenue or comparable business. Has led site optimization, merchandising, content, promotions and data-driven personalization (including CDP) for a digital storefront. Working knowledge of SEO and AI-driven discovery (AEO/GEO), with experience leading specialists in these areas. Has built high-velocity experimentation programs, running dozens of tests a month, and uses test results and customer feedback to drive measurable business outcomes. Strong commercial judgment and executive presence, with a record of developing leaders and using AI to make teams faster. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in domains, hosting, SaaS, website builders, SMB technology or PE-backed businesses is an advantage.
