Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced EMEA Finance Manager to join our established Management Accounts team, supporting high‑profile operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa within our fast‑growing, private equity‑backed environmental consultancy. You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial reporting, analysis and control across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on employment cost reporting — one of the organisation’s most significant cost bases. Based from our Stoke location, with minimum 1-2 days per week in the office, there will be a requirement to work from the London office at least once per month. The role You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Finance, HR, Payroll, Operations and regional teams, contributing to a dynamic, acquisitive environment with opportunities for cross‑border exposure.
