You’ll be responsible for assembling and disassembling products manually or using automated equipment, loading and unloading products onto an overhead conveyor line, loading and unloading parts into fitting racks, and manual application of powder paint from time to time as part of our Operations/Manufacturing team. WHAT YOU'LL DO Operating, monitoring, and tending to assembly machines, including clearing faults on automated machines. Assembling and disassembling parts using hand/power tools Following standard operating procedures to maintain consistent product quality Operate, monitor and inspect tools, dip tanks, paint lines, impregnators, and other related equipment to produce a finished product, to assist or accomplish the set-up and material handling as necessary, to perform minor troubleshooting, to provide efficient productivity; to perform necessary cleaning, to remove garbage and waste materials from the work area as required, to perform any related duties as determined by Supervision. Operate PIV’s (powered industrial vehicles; forklifts and/or walk behind forklift). Pack, inspect, prepare for shipment/transfer all products and/or material as necessary. WHAT YOU NEED Must be able to lift weights ranging from 5 to 50 pounds, with a typical lifting range of 5 to 40 pounds The employee will be required to reach with hands and arms and stand for extended periods of time Must be able to be stationary for at least 75% of the shift Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees and supervisors Normal weekly schedule is 40 hours, Monday – Friday 8 hours per day Employees must be willing to work daily and weekend overtime as business conditions require. EL ROL Estamos contratando ensambladores/operadores en nuestra instalación de Commerce Park. Serás responsable de ensamblar y desarmar productos manualmente o usando equipo automatizado, cargar y descargar productos en una línea aérea de transporte, cargar y descargar piezas en estantes de instalación, y aplicar manualmente pintura en polvo de vez en cuando como parte de nuestro equipo de Operaciones/Manufactura. LO QUE HARÁS Operar, monitorear y atender máquinas de ensamblaje, incluyendo la limpieza de fallas en máquinas automatizadas. Ensamblar y desarmar piezas usando herramientas manuales o eléctricas Siguiendo procedimientos operativos estándar para mantener una calidad consistente del producto Operar, monitorear e inspeccionar herramientas, tanques de inmersión, líneas de pintura, impregnadores y otros equipos relacionados para producir un producto terminado, asistir o realizar la instalación y manejo de materiales según sea necesario, realizar soluciones menores de problemas, proporcionar productividad eficiente; realizar la limpieza necesaria, retirar basura y materiales de desecho del área de trabajo según sea necesario, realizar cualquier tarea relacionada según determine la Supervisión. Operar PVVs (vehículos industriales motorizados; montacargas y/o montacargas para caminar).
