About the role The Cloud Systems Engineer is responsible for managing, supporting, and improving HammondCare’s cloud and server infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services across the organisation.  Responsibilities Design, manage, and optimise hybrid cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and on-premises environments. Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, virtualisation platforms, and core infrastructure services.   Manage Azure resources, identity services, storage, networking, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.   Provide Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting complex infrastructure and cloud-related issues.   Lead and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, cloud adoption, and modernisation projects.   Maintain security, patching, vulnerability management, compliance, and operational standards.   Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and resilience to ensure reliable service delivery.   Manage enterprise file, print, SharePoint, backup, and business continuity services.
