In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers are taken care of an our company is well represented! Your Responsibilities: Answer telephone call inquiries and promote our products. Assist customers with placement of orders. Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat. Represent the company and its products in a courteous and professional manner. Your Shift: 1st shift; Monday - Friday from 8:30a- 5:00p EST This role will be fully onsite, Mon - Fri, based out of our Amsterdam, NY, White Bear Lake, MN, or Pompano Beach, FL locations You Must Have: High School diploma and 1+ years of customer service experience Reliability Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently Positive upbeat attitude, efficient, self-starter and a problem solving mentality The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $16. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
