We are currently seeking a Support Application Analyst (L2/N2) to join a dynamic team responsible for the operational support of critical Front Office and Middle Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for business-critical applications.
- Investigate, qualify, and resolve application incidents.
- Gather and validate information from end users to support troubleshooting activities.
- Reproduce reported issues and document detailed replication steps.
- Perform root cause analysis across application, integration, and data layers.
- Collaborate with Development and Level 3 Support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain clear communication with business users and stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Proven experience in Application Support (L2/N2) or Production Support.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for data investigation and validation.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy or similar ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Kibana, or ELK Stack.
- Understanding of application architectures, integrations, services, and data flows.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident & Problem Management).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent French (mandatory).
- Experience within banking, financial services, or insurance environments.
- Knowledge of middleware, batch processing, and application monitoring solutions.
- Experience supporting Front Office or Middle Office applications.
