  • Explore multiple talent discovery platforms, including LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, professional communities, portfolio websites, and relevant online networks.

  • Build a diverse and readily accessible talent pool to support a wide range of creative hiring requirements.
  • Experiment with search techniques, Boolean searches, keywords, and alternative sourcing channels to improve candidate discovery.

2. Candidate Screening and Assessment

  • Review candidate profiles and portfolios to assess creative quality, relevant experience, technical capabilities, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary screening and qualification discussions to understand candidate interests, availability, preferences, and suitability.
  • Evaluate portfolios critically and identify professionals whose work aligns with client expectations and project objectives.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Share qualified profiles with the recruitment or hiring team, along with relevant observations and portfolio highlights.

3. Talent Pipeline and Database Management

  • Build, maintain, and regularly update a structured database of creative professionals across different disciplines and experience levels.
  • Track candidate sourcing activity, outreach status, responses, screening outcomes, availability, and pipeline progress.
  • Maintain an organized talent pipeline to support both immediate hiring needs and anticipated future requirements.
  • Ensure candidate records are accurate, accessible, and consistently updated.
  • Monitor sourcing metrics, identify gaps in pipeline coverage, and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.

4. Sourcing Strategy and Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze the effectiveness of sourcing channels, outreach methods, and search strategies.
  • Refine sourcing approaches based on response rates, candidate quality, hiring priorities, and pipeline conversion.
  • Stay informed about emerging creative talent communities, portfolio platforms, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and hiring teams to clarify requirements and improve the quality and speed of sourcing delivery.
  • Manage multiple sourcing assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting agreed timelines.
