About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own the customer relationship and oversee the successful delivery of contracted services and data center projects. As the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, you will ensure operational excellence, resolve issues proactively, and drive customer satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, maintain performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and build trusted, long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all service and project touchpoints. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success. Service Delivery & Operations Oversee the end-to-end delivery of contracted services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, timelines, and budget constraints. Lead virtual delivery teams to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement, proactively addressing risks and issues. Project Management Manage the full lifecycle of data center construction and customization projects, from planning through customer handover. Coordinate with sales, presales, design, construction, and testing and commissioning teams to keep projects on track for successful customer handover. Ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule expectations while effectively managing risks and escalations. Compliance & Governance Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procurement standards, audit requirements, and ITIL-based processes. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for project and service delivery milestones. Cross-Functional Collaboration Align internal resources to support both project execution and ongoing service operations. Collaborate with operations, network, and IT service teams to ensure seamless service continuity and customer satisfaction. Requirements Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. More than 7 years of work experience in the data center, MEP consultancy, construction, or IT industry. Soft Skills Excellent customer-facing experience, with strong communication, presentation, coordination, and report-writing skills. Strong commitment to client service and the ability to respond effectively to urgent public relations issues. Skilled conflict mediator and trusted client advisor.
