You may be a great fit if you: • Enjoy helping people and providing exceptional service • Communicate professionally and confidently with clients and business partners • Are comfortable learning and using new technology and systems • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Take initiative and proactively identify solutions • Work well independently while contributing to a team environment • Have exposure to the financial services industry or an interest in growing your knowledge of wealth management • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to ‘jump in’ where needed Job Description Key Responsibilities What You'll Do Support the daily operations of a busy wealth management practice Prepare and process new account paperwork and account maintenance requests Assist with money movement transactions and service-related requests Coordinate with custodians, wholesalers, clients, and internal business partners to facilitate requests and resolve issues Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email Monitor account activity and follow up on outstanding items Assist advisors with client meeting preparation and follow-up activities Maintain accurate client records and documentation Research and resolve operational and service-related inquiries Utilize technology and firm systems to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while ensuring a high level of service excellence Desired Qualifications Previous experience in client service, operations, administration, banking, financial services, or a related field Exposure to investment, retirement, wealth management, or brokerage environments preferred Understanding of basic financial terminology and concepts Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Professional presence and commitment to confidentiality Preferred but Not Required Experience supporting financial advisors or wealth management teams Industry registrations or financial services experience Experience processing account opening, transfers, money movement, or client service activities Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent years of experience in the financial services industry Workstyle: Onsite Cook Financial Partners and its employees are independent contractors with respect to Raymond James, not employees of Raymond James.
