The Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Minnesota is seeking Ambulatory and Regional Anesthesiologists to join our growing program in Minneapolis, MN. We seek individuals with substantive experience in Ambulatory and Regional Anesthesia. Practice Overview: Practice alongside more than 60 Anesthesiologists. Practice at two academic ambulatory surgery centers located in Minneapolis and Maple Grove as part of a dedicated team for ambulatory anesthesia and providing anesthesia for orthopedics, plastics, ENT, general, ophthalmology, GI, gynecology, urology, and pediatrics (6 months and older). Provide regional anesthesia for appropriate surgical cases including upper extremity, lower extremity and truncal single shot ultrasound guided regional blocks. Total salary is market competitive and based on AAMC salary benchmarks. Clinical salary, aligned with clinical effort, is provided through M Physicians. Total annual compensation ranges from $420,000 to $575,000, inclusive of base pay plus expected incentive pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.  The salary from the University is dependent upon the academic effort of the person hired.
