The studio offers a flexible and inclusive work environment and actively welcomes game creators who are full of talent and passion for pushing the boundaries of game development. 仕事内容/What the Role Entails 仕事内容モーションTAとして、アニメーターをサポートし、アニメーション品質の向上を目指します。具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです： ①Control Rig、Animation Blueprint、Motion Matching、Ragdollなどの技術を活用し、ゲーム内のキャラクターアニメーションの品質を向上させます。プレイヤーが操作時に感じる即時的なレスポンスを実現しつつ、動作が自然かつリアルに見えるようにします。 ②さまざまなフェイシャル技術を検証し、最適なソリューションを選定することで、カットシーンにおける表情表現の品質を次世代AAAレベルまで引き上げます。 ③モーションキャプチャに関連する技術的な課題に対してサポートを提供します。 Job Description As a Motion Technical Artist (Motion TA), you will support animators and aim to improve the quality of animations. Your specific responsibilities will include: 1. Enhancing in-game character animation quality by utilizing technologies such as Control Rig, Animation Blueprint, Motion Matching, and Ragdoll. You will ensure that player-controlled animations respond instantly while maintaining natural and realistic movement. 2. Evaluating various facial animation technologies and selecting the optimal solution to elevate facial expression quality in cutscenes to next-generation AAA standards. 3.
