What you’ll own Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting and acquiring business customers within your assigned territory Build and manage a portfolio of merchant services clients, developing strong relationships and identifying opportunities to grow revenue Conduct face to face meetings, telephone conversations and online presentations to understand customer needs and recommend the right payment solutions Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and needs analysis to pricing, closing, account sign up and activation Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in Salesforce, prepare timely reports and stay up to date with developments across our payments portfolio and industry What you’ll bring At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in B2B sales, field sales or a customer facing commercial role Proven ability to identify prospects, generate leads and convert sales opportunities into new business Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships A proactive, results oriented mindset, sound problem solving skills and the ability to manage your territory and sales pipeline effectively Confidence using CRM systems to manage customer information, track sales activities and maintain accurate records It’s a bonus if you have Experience in merchant services, payment solutions or the wider payments industry A track record of successful B2B sales, including cold calling, prospecting and growing existing customer accounts A strong sense of ownership, a customer first mindset and a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals About the team Our inclusive and global teams win together every day.
