Position Summary Managing branch office of Tsugaru, Aomori, Aomori2 and Nakadomari Build wind technical team to extend the inhouse maintenance for WTG Job Responsibility Managing Tsugaru office and office members - Build good relation in branch office and keep motivation of office members to operate our plant safety and high performance Managing Aomori, Aomori2 and Nakadomari - Keep operation plant safe and high performance to make maximize plant operation Budget control of Tsugaru office and managed plants - Make budget of office and plant and operate within budget Built relationship with landowner and neighbors - To make operate smoothly by keeping good relationship with landowner and neighbours Responding to utility and METI - To make operate smoothly by responding or reporting to utility and METI based on regulation or Japanese electrical act Negotiation with equipment supplier - Minimizing down time to maximize plant generation by negotiating supplier for SS, PSC for spare parts, corrective maintenance Spare parts management- Minimizing down time to keep and control necessary spare parts for Tsugaru, Aomori, Aomori2 and Nakadomari Insurance claim - Supporting insurance claim to minimizing our loss for PD and BI Controle vegetation and snow - Managing work plan of grass cutting and snow removal to maximize Tsugaru, Aomori, Aomori2 and Nakadomari generations Prognosis analysis for all of wind operation plants - Minimizing plant loss or take preventive action by prognosis analysis to minimizing generation loss Build wind technical team - Build wind technical team to extend the inhouse WTG maintenance scope Manage inhouse WTG maintenance - Arrange monthly maintenance of WTG to keep operation plant safe and high performance to make maximize plant operation Arrange METI inspection to save the cost and perform the maintenance on time Performance improvement - Monitor plants performance and recommend/implement performance improvement initiatives Are you ready to engineer a greener future?
