[Key Responsibilities] Asset and Warehouse Management Maintain and update asset inventory records, including location, condition, and status. Coordinate warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and spare parts. Regularly check and confirm physical assets and make sure they match the accounting records. Conduct regular physical asset verification and reconciliation with accounting records. Make sure asset management practices follow company policies and audit requirements. Ensure compliance with company asset control policies and audit requirements. Provide regular reports on asset consumption, stock levels, and procurement status. Participate in internal and external audits related to asset and contract management Support Finance and Project teams in asset capitalization and depreciation tracking Contract Management Maintain a centralized database of all active contracts and agreements. Monitor contract validity, renewal dates, and performance obligations. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure contract compliance. Support management in reviewing contract terms and identifying potential risks. Procurement Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
