[What the role is] Senior Executive / Assistant Manager [What you will be working on] Manage academic systems and provide support to academic operations including documentation, managing processes, events, etc. Manage school timetabling processes, including timetable planning, coordination and implementation Perform secretariat role such as collating agenda, minutes writing Manage assets (both trackable and non-trackable) and coordinate asset verification and condemnation exercise Undertake school and poly level committee work, support school events as needed Review work processes to improve efficiency using automation or AI tools Organise and analyse basic data and present findings using clear tables, charts, graphs and simple dashboards, preferably using Microsoft Excel or similar tools. Perform other duties as assigned when required [What we are looking for] Minimum 3 years of working experience preferred. Relevant experience in administration would be preferred.
