About the opportunity The patient services department are a dynamic, friendly team of over one hundred staff who provide administrative support to the clinical areas across the hospital. There are often many opportunities to grow and develop your career. The Administrative Officer plays an integral role in the functioning of MHW through the provision of exceptional customer service and administrative support. In this role, you will be required to have flexibility to work across a number of shifts across the week, including weekends, nightshift and public holidays. Availability at short notice is required as well as the capacity to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Attention to detail is necessary and intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn and utilise new software systems and programs as required.
