As a Management Trainee, you will be assigned to a sponsoring department and follow a structured learning journey tailored to your function. While developing specialized knowledge within your department, you will also participate in company-wide learning initiatives, cross-functional exposure, and programme milestones that support your overall professional growth.
The programme consists of three developmental phases, each with clearly defined learning objectives, competency milestones, and performance reviews to ensure continuous growth throughout your journey.
Throughout the programme, you will receive guidance and coaching from experienced mentors and leaders who are committed to supporting your development and helping you succeed.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to three (3) years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong academic achievements and active involvement in extracurricular activities will be an added advantage
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, data analytics tools, programming languages, or other digital platforms will be an added advantage
- Ability to travel and undertake cross-functional assignments during and after the programme
