Key Responsibilities: · Administrar y mantener actualizadas las bases de datos geoespaciales, garantizando la integridad, calidad y disponibilidad de la información. · Diseñar, elaborar y actualizar mapas temáticos, operativos y ejecutivos que apoyen la toma de decisiones del negocio. · Diseñar, implementar y administrar geocercas (Geofencing) para sucursales, clientes, zonas de cobertura y territorios operativos. · Realizar análisis geoespaciales mediante técnicas como Buffer, Overlay, Spatial Join, Heat Maps, análisis de proximidad y densidad geográfica. · Generar modelos de análisis territorial para identificar zonas de oportunidad, riesgo, concentración de clientes y expansión. · Optimizar la distribución geográfica de sucursales, asesores, rutas y territorios comerciales mediante herramientas SIG. · Desarrollar y automatizar procesos geoespaciales utilizando Python, ArcPy, GeoPandas u otras herramientas especializadas. · Administrar y optimizar bases de datos espaciales en SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS o plataformas equivalentes. · Integrar información geográfica proveniente de diversas fuentes, incluyendo GPS, OpenStreetMap, Google Maps, INEGI, imágenes satelitales y bases de datos corporativas. · Desarrollar dashboards geográficos e integrar mapas interactivos en plataformas de Business Intelligence, principalmente Power BI. · Generar análisis de cobertura, áreas de influencia, tiempos de traslado, rutas óptimas y accesibilidad para fortalecer la operación. · Validar la calidad de la información geográfica mediante la corrección de errores topológicos, validación de coordenadas y estandarización de datos. · Publicar y administrar servicios cartográficos y aplicaciones Web GIS para consulta y análisis de las diferentes áreas de la organización. · Elaborar estudios geoespaciales que apoyen proyectos de expansión, apertura, reubicación de sucursales y estrategias comerciales. · Brindar soporte técnico especializado, documentar procesos y promover la mejora continua mediante la adopción de nuevas tecnologías y mejores prácticas en Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG).
