Requisitos Formación académica Universitaria o técnica en Ciencias Sociales, Pedagogía, Agronomía o carreras afines. Experiencia Mínimo 2 años en puestos similares. Experiencia en desarrollo local, implementación de proyectos comunitarios y fortalecimiento del tejido social. Conocimientos y habilidades Facilitación y capacitación de grupos. Formulación y monitoreo de proyectos comunitarios. Manejo de indicadores y seguimiento de resultados. Trabajo con niñez, adolescencia y juventud. Uso de herramientas tecnológicas y comunicación digital. Requisitos adicionales Disponibilidad para residir o movilizarse dentro de la zona de intervención. Licencia para conducir motocicleta.
