Payments, Digital Banking, Accounting oder Compliance-Systeme) Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren Systembetriebs sowie Überwachung und Performance-Optimierung der Applikationslandschaft Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Umsetzung von Changes, Releases und technischen Verbesserungen Aufnahme und Spezifikation technischer und fachlicher Anforderungen bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung im produktiven Betrieb Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, internen Fachbereichen, Lieferanten und Entwicklungspartnern Unterstützung bei Architektur- und Integrationsfragen sowie bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Systemlandschaft Deine Skills Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung als System Engineer, Application Engineer, Application Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Funktion Kenntnisse im Betrieb und Support von Business- oder Banking-Applikationen Erfahrung mit Bankenplattformen wie Finnova oder vergleichbaren Core-Banking-Lösungen von Vorteil Verständnis für Schnittstellen, Systemintegration sowie komplexe Applikationslandschaften Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, in einem unserer Offices in der Schweiz oder im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
