Job Overview The Wholesale Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end mortgage process, from loan origination to closing and servicing, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company standards. This role will involve leading a team, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting financial and compliance goals. This role is hybrid in office in the Ballantyne are of Charlotte, NC 3 to 4 days a week.
