This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Product Management The Product Management role is responsible for managing aspects of the product strategy and the end-to-end product lifecycle. This job reviews and assesses market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products. Key Responsibilities and Duties Coordinates with partners across the enterprise to deliver product strategy and ensure accurate and cohesive operations, promotion, and distribution of the product. Conducts research on product trends and positioning strategies, analyzes consumer behavior and develops insights on market conditions to inform the product strategy. Produces reports on profitability and performance and fosters discussions around business expectations, market dynamics, and customer preferences. Monitors various metrics and market dynamics and measures product performance against business expectations. Coordinates strategic processes for the product and ensures partnership alignment on decisions related to the product lifecycle. Partners with legal, risk and compliance teams to fully identify, understand, establish controls, test and mitigate potential risks to ensure products adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies. Acts as product subject matter expert on features and services. Coordinates strategic processes and ensures partnership alignment on decisions related to the product lifecycle.
