KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure high-quality bar service and beverage preparation, adhering strictly to Barrière Group standards.
Craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and flair.
Manage inventory, conduct stock counts, and oversee order replenishment.
Validate billing and verify the cash float for each shift.
Enforce strict compliance with shift opening and closing procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Do you handle a cocktail shaker with flair? Do you know a thousand and one cocktail recipes and wear a smile in any circumstance? If so, you are surely the talent we are looking for!
Your experience in the hospitality industry and your strong customer-centric mindset are your greatest assets.
English proficiency is highly appreciated to communicate effectively with both our local and tourist clientele.
Contract Details: position available mid-november.
Base Salary: €1200 net per month.
