The Client Success Manager will lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for supporting client onboarding and implementation activities across Unum's digital platforms. The Role Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Integration & Implementation Consultants and Technical Graduates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. Create a positive and engaging team environment through meaningful coaching, recognition, career development, and employee engagement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and business partners, serving as a trusted leader and advocate for both clients and your team. Support your team in delivering successful client onboarding, implementation, and integration projects across a range of digital solutions. Manage team capacity, priorities, and performance to ensure business objectives and client commitments are achieved. Act as an escalation point for client, operational, and team-related challenges, helping to resolve issues effectively and professionally. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technology teams to share client feedback, influence priorities, and drive service improvements. Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance the client experience, team effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Use performance metrics and reporting to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement. What You Offer Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and working effectively across multiple business functions. A customer-focused mindset with strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. Experience leading operational, client-facing, or implementation-focused teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities. Experience balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. An understanding of technical implementations, HR technology, SaaS solutions, system integrations, or related environments.
