About the Team Codebeamer is PTC's industry-leading Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform, helping customers accelerate product development and deliver complex, high-quality products. As part of our globally distributed Agile engineering team, you will contribute to building and evolving an enterprise-scale web application used by leading technology and manufacturing companies worldwide. As a Software Engineer, you will work on developing and maintaining product features across the Codebeamer platform. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, UX, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software while continuously growing your technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions in an Agile environment. Build and enhance product features across the full software development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects. Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices. Share knowledge and contribute to team learning and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: 3 years of professional software development experience. Experience with Java and object-oriented software development. Experience with Spring Framework or Spring Boot. Experience developing web-based applications. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with modern web development technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular preferred). Familiarity with CI/CD practices and automated testing. Experience optimizing application performance and scalability.
