What you will be doing:
- Ensure timely and courteous delivery of guests' luggage, messages, and other items throughout the property
- Personalize guests' room orientation in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner, highlighting key amenities and services
- Maintain a welcoming presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to all guests
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and general inquiries about the property and surrounding area
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely service delivery
- Handle and store guest luggage safely and securely, maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the brand with pride and integrity
