As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for office records
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Proven customer service experience in a professional setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email systems
- Prior experience in an office environment preferred
