As Receptionist, you will be entrusted with front-office responsibilities that are essential to the smooth operation of our organization. This position demands professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive benefits package and generous salary starting at $15 per hour. This is a Part-Time position with working hours of every Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 5:30pm and some holidays.
- Manage all incoming phone calls
- Greet, direct and provide information or support to residents, staff and visitors
- Oversee mail and package distribution
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Execute computer-based tasks, office work, and special projects as assigned by the Office Coordinator or other Supervisors with diligence and accuracy
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Familiarity with operating a multi-line phone system and other common office equipment
- Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in standard office software applications, with particular emphasis on the Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years administrative experience in a professional office environment is strongly preferred
