Overview: The Emerging Leaders Program exists to establish mature, life-long spiritual laborers and business leaders by developing life and leadership skills through business experiences, community development, ministry preparation and spiritual growth. We offer an up-to-3-year position in business, marketing, sales, maintenance, or customer experience that combines real-world business experience with life-changing ministry so that you're fully equipped to continue Kingdom impact no matter where you end up in the future.
