En tant qu'Usineur/Usineuse, vous rejoindrez l'équipe de Benjamin sur notre activité SIC au sein de notre site de fabrication à Brigueuil, en Charente Limousine (30 minutes à l'ouest de Limoges). Vous travaillerez au cœur de nos opérations en intervenant sur différents procédés d'usinage, allant du fraisage à la rectification et aux procédés spéciaux. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez un impact en : Réglant et mettant au point la fabrication sur nos machines-outils CN Contrôlant la qualité et les dimensions des pièces produites Corrigeant les outils et ajustant les paramètres de coupe pour garantir une production optimale Proposant des améliorations pour optimiser les indicateurs de production (Performance, Retouches, Qualité, Délai) Votre mission consistera à régler et mettre au point les machines-outils à commande numérique, à contrôler la qualité et la conformité des produits, et à assurer la correction des outils et origines pièces. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration continue de nos procédés en proposant des solutions innovantes. Compétences requises : Nous recherchons des profils ayant une première expérience en industrie avec une formation technique en usinage (idéalement en fraisage et/ou rectification ou bien de l'expérience sur des matières de type céramique). Vous êtes à l'aise avec les moyens de mesure et avez une bonne compréhension du langage de programmation des MOCN (code G basique). Travailler en équipe en horaires 2*8 ou équipe nuit vous convient parfaitement.
