KG In Ihrer Rolle als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik sind Sie verantwortlich für die Herstellung von Bauteilen oder Baugruppen nach Stücklisten und Zeichnungen (z. B. Behälter für Galvanoanlagen, Verrohrungen, Grundkörpern etc.). Sie sollten sich mit verschiedenen polymeren Werkstoffen auskennen und sorgfältig arbeiten. Die Schweißverfahren Warmgasziehschweißen, Extrusionsschweißen und Heizelementstumpfschweißen sollten Sie sicher beherrschen. Ihre Verantwortung Bearbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen im Hause und Montage beim Kunden Durchführung aller vorgegebenen Qualitätsprüfungen Unterweisung sowie Einarbeitung von internem und externem Personal Instandhaltung und Pflege der Maschinen, Geräte und Einrichtungen Technische Problemlösungen in der Produktion in Abstimmung mit den Vorgesetzten Durchführung der Werker-Selbstprüfung Selbständiges Arbeiten nach Fertigungszeichnungen und Stücklisten Aufrechterhaltung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung 5 S im gesamten Arbeitsbereich Herstellung von Behältern und Verrohrungen mit den Schweißverfahren Warmgasziehschweißen, Extrusionsschweißen und Heizelementstumpfschweißen Kleben von Kunststoffen sowie Biegen und Abkantschweißen von Kunststoffen Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) mit adäquater Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung Kenntnisse der Kunststoffschweißverfahren mit gültiger Kunststoffschweißerprüfung Materialkenntnisse mit verschiedenen Kunststoffen sowie Kenntnisse im Kunststoffkleben Sicherer Umgang mit berufsspezifischen Arbeits- und Messmitteln Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP von Vorteil Sie kommunizieren überzeugend und souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit Reisebereitschaft (weltweit) #LI-LB1 Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
