Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct calls to the appropriate personnel. Safely park, retrieve, and move customer vehicles as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area. Inspect and check in loaner vehicles upon return, documenting vehicle condition and verifying readiness for future clients. Offer water, snacks, and other refreshments to clients arriving at or departing from the dealership. Assist clients with a smooth and comfortable service visit by anticipating their needs and providing attentive, courteous assistance. Maintain Mercedes-Benz customer service standards, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
